Frequently Asked Question
Why is my internet not working at home?
Last Updated 3 years ago
There are many reasons WiFi might not work, but there's one issue that has recently come to light for our Dell 3310 laptops.
Recently we've had reports of WiFi not working, or not working at home, on individual devices. We've discovered that, for reasons unexplainable, the WiFi has been disabled on the device. This means that the WiFi really won't work anywhere, not just at home. Check out the following video on how to re-enable your WiFi (it's a little over a minute long).
This may resolve your issue, so check it out - and if not, please be sure to put in a HelpDesk ticket and we'll help you.
