Frequently Asked Question

Adobe Photoshop and Premiere - How can students run these programs on installed desktops?
Last Updated 3 years ago

Please note that this is relevant only to locations where Adobe Creative Suite is installed (ex. MS 108)

The first time a student logs into a computer with Adobe Creative Suite installed, they will need to login using their school email address/Enterprise ID.

This is once per student/per computer, meaning that if a student uses a different computer, they will need to complete the process again. Once a given student has completed the process on a specific computer, they will not have to do it again on subsequent logins to that computer.

First the student must launch "Adobe Creative Cloud" (please note the icon may look different based on updates):

After a few seconds, they will be presented with a screen where they must choose the Sign in method. They MUST choose "Continue with Google"

They will then be presented with a familiar login screen. They must enter their full school email address including "bearworks", click Next, and then enter their password.

Very Important:
The student will next be presented with the next screen. They must choose Enterprise ID.

Next, they may see an update screen. This should just be allowed to finish.

Finally, they will receive a All Set message.

The student can now launch Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere successfully.

Please note: If a student has a problem opening either program, the first step would be to again open "Adobe Creative Cloud", go under the Help menu, choose Sign Out, and start the process again, making sure that each step is done properly.
